Mr. Needs joined our Company in July 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In January 2009, he was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Needs to serve as a Director. Prior to joining us, Mr. Needs held various positions at American Express since 1985, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Purchasing Services. Mr. Needs’ prior positions at American Express also included Senior Vice President of Global Finance Operations and Business Transformation, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Travel. |
